Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Sound working knowledge of instructional and learning experience design models and their implication on solutions.
  • Understanding of technology and its impact on learning.
  • Willingness to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within timelines.
  • Create compositions, components, modules, interfaces, etc. based on customer needs.
  • Experience of having worked with US & UK based clients.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the U.S. higher education / K12 segment
  • Experience in designing and developing learning products such as online courses, simulations, interactivities, animations, videos, etc.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, cognitive psychology, eLearning, eLearning software infrastructure, blooms, etc.

Job Description:

  • Course Design and Development: Lead the design and development of instructional materials, courses, and programs, ensuring they align with learning objectives and best practices in instructional design.
  • Content Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and content analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing learning materials.
  • Instructional Strategy: Develop and recommend instructional strategies and delivery methods to enhance the learning experience, including e-learning, blended learning, and microlearning.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, educators, and other stakeholders to gather content and insights for course development.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Design assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make data-driven improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with instructional design standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and instructional design best practices to continuously improve the quality of our educational offerings.
