Role Summary: This role is for our product team Tenneo (Learning Management System). Presales is a crucial stage in the sales cycle to convince the prospects that we understand their needs, offer the best solution, and can deliver on the promises. Presales is concerned with the solution fit – ensuring our product is a good solution for the customer’s pain points.
Job Description:
- Interact with BD team & Clients to understand their requirements/ challenges/ use
- Give product demonstrations &
- Work with cross-functional teams to submit RFPs and Compliances
- Support Pre-sales team in creating Proposals & Presentations
- Conduct research into the industry
- Maintain databases & status/tracking
