Role Summary: To hunt enterprise level clients for our software product (LMS – Learning Management System)

Role Requirement & Responsibilities:
• Fresh business development-
• Individual contributor handling LMS sales OR software product sales – end to end for Global market
• Able to penetrate organizations through targeted campaigns, cold calling etc. and identify target audiences
• Able to create qualified opportunities with a sustainable pipeline
• Able to pitch learning products mapped to business need or requirements
• Able to create presentations, proposals single handedly
• Experience of handling mid to large scale enterprise accounts
• Relationship Management – maintain relationship with the client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities. Conceiving and pitching new concepts/ ideas/ solutions to existing customers.
Planning and Execution:
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Study various global markets and execute the planned outreach campaigns. This would also entail working in different shifts as per the requirement of the campaign.

PREFERENCE  – experience in sales of organization level systems such as LMS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, HCM
